When you register online, we need to know your name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process your registration and notify you of your registration status. We will also be collecting demographic information such as age range and gender. Any demographic information is used for aggregate data analysis only.
How is your information protected?
When you register, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
Will the information collected be disclosed to outside parties?
We do not sell or rent your personal information to others.
There will be NO refunds of entry fees.
Exceptions to Live Healthy America's No Refund Policy will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
A $5.00 processing fee will be assessed to all refunds.
NO REFUND WILL BE PERMITTED BECAUSE A REGISTRANT FAILS TO PARTICIPATE OR IS REMOVED FROM COMPETITION.
